Disgusting

Possibly the worst restaurant in the world. There is not a single thing that's good here. There is never anything that looks good. One time I unfortunately ordered a steak thing it's pretty hard to screw up but leave it to Applebee's to do it. This place makes Fridays and Chilis look great. I really can't stress enough how much I hate this place.

Delicious

While Applebees is just like many other American Style restaurants, there is not much to separate it from the pack. It has many good dishes but nothing really note worthy. I would recommend their healthy menu. They have a very delicious steak teryoki skewer that is inexpensive and low in calories. yum yum.

one word - dump

there used to be a stream of reviews just like this one: the service can range from cruddy to really really bad. i can understand why diners would feel comfortable in a place just like all of the rest, but when it comes to the variance of mistakes that can be made in preparation of the SAME FOOD is astounding.

after ordering your first drink, service can take anywhere from a half hour (just fine) to an hour and a half (no good) & if you order appetizers, look forward to eating them with your meal.

your meal will contain preperation mistakes that are both obvious and subtle. take a look before your server walks away!

chances are that if you are at or near an applebee's there is another place to eat nearby. do yourself a favor and go there instead.

I'd rather eat at McDonalds

At least you know what to expect at McDonalds, and you're not bombarded by all the "flare." Applebee's is to American dining what Ponderosa is to a steakhouse ... a sad excuse for people who don't know better.
