Yum!!!

I've made it my mission to try as many sushi restaurants as I can in this city.

Sansui, in my opinion, is still the BEST of the ones i've tried. They include Ocean World, Sakura, Kona Grill to name a few.

There are a few things that stand out to me:

• The fish is always fresh. The tuna, whether in a roll (which I prefer) or simply atop a pillow of rice, is always melt in your mouth delicious.

• The prices are reasonable for their sushi, and a bargain if you opt for either the lunch or dinner specials.

• The thing that I like most about Sansui is thier rice. All of the other sushi i've had so far has a very dense pasty rice. Maybe Sansui uses different rice or maybe they have a secret recipe... whatever they do to it... it is light and non-pasty yet still holds together and allows the fish to shine through.

So far, Sansui is my favorite place for sushi. I'm partial to their "Hoosier Roll" which is a mix of tuna, spicy sauce and avacado. Yum!

I'll continue to try others, but Sansui always keeps me coming back!

Yum, the spicy spider roll is great, and so is the sake. It may not be the most flashy spot, but the prices and quality are pretty darn good.
