Longhorn is all about beef.
I recently visited Longhorn with my girlfriend, her parents and my parents. For a family sit-down meal, Longhorn is a good bet. They are a run of the mill type texas steakhouse, and that means no surprises. This is an especially good place if you are a 'good ole' steak and potatos type.
The decor is definitely not my style. It looks like George Bush entered the property, got over inflated and blew up, spewing antler light fixtures, pictures of marlboro cowboys and vintage stirrups all over the room. If you can get past the failed attempt at authentic Texan decoration, the food is actually quite good.
We all had the Prime Rib and we were all happy with the meal. I had my Prime Rib with mushrooms and wine sauce. They had a very tasty horseradish sauce as well. I recommend it.
