Like any fast food place, you can't expect the highest quality. The food usually tastes okay, but sometimes are better then others. A few months back Fazoli's started charging for extra bread sticks. This definitely reduced how often I visited. They have since changed back to free extra bread sticks.

Why I usually don't have a problem with the food, my wife complains that their food gives her stomaches.
