Today:
Pick your ingredients from a buffet station, then watch as they're thrown on the griddle. Perfect for when you're in the mood for crowds, a spectacle and a little rice with your chicken, pork, steak and shrimp.
I've been to many Mongolian BBQ type places before, where you select your own ingredients and have everything custom cooked. I was very disappointed with BD's. The people (mostly teenagers) that they hire to "cook" your food do not know what they're doing. End result: the "food" literally looks like slop. Not worth the money. Stay far away!
Enjoyed eating here several times. Huge selection of items to mix into your own dish. Not overtly allergy friendly... they use the same mixing tools for all food that comes through and don't wash the heating surface to the degree you would need with a specific sensitivity. Waiters can be slow on bringing drinks, ask for extra water in addition to soft drinks / beer if you order them.
The beauty of BD's is that you control your meal - what is in it, how it's spiced, sauced - you can evan ask that it be prepared on a purely vegitarian grill in the back.
If you dont like what you made - unless its burnt or undercooked tou only have yourself to blame.
Allways ask for rice and tortiallas.
