A national icon and a popular chain in Indy, Hooters is one location in town that has its share of, uh, distractions. Despite the many wandering eyes, Hooters serves as a setting to watch a race or big game on TV, chomp down on wings and have one too many pitchers of beer.

Good location

As all Hooters food is the same the big, important difference between the restaurants is the "service." Greenwood always has quality Hooters girls which is surprising because it's in Greenwood. Not the best in Indy but sometimes you just gotta go to Greenwood, especially if you are driving up from say...Bloomington. Castleton is usually a lot better though.

Lunch with the girls

Yes, girlfriends and I went to Hooters for lunch with a lone guy tagalong and we got pretty crappy serice. I like their wings usually but mine had weird little hairs sticking through the skin and sauce. 2 wings looked pretty gross and I returned them. In turn, they took my wings of my bill- it was fair. I didn't ask for replacement wings.

And we sat at a table shaped like Indiana (cool) but it was hard to talk across (not cool)

Pretty sure I won't return unless there's a special.
