don't be afraid

I had been wanting to see "Into the Wild" for some time now- and knowing that its coming out on home video soon did not deter me from wanting to see it on the big screen- and Key Cinemas was my only choice. I drove from the westside and have to admit was a bit leery after pulling into the parking lot- not the most welcoming site. But it was 4 in the afternoon and i had driven all the way there- so i went in to check it out. The small lobby is welcoming and my ticket price was - $5.00 !! yes - $5... then i turned around and orderd a small carmel corn- they mix carmel corn and regular corn for a Very Tasty mix- and for $3.00 i think-- YUM-- There are 2 screens- and after bypassing a couple of buckets in the lobby- i entered the theatre... not a super fancy place- but clean, neat and only about 10 guests in the whole place- the seats were standard movie venue seats, no fancy rocker- but i had a place for my drink and the seat and the aisle were wide enough.. The sound and visual aspect of the movie was great { i loved it by the way }. I stopped by the ladies room on my way out- and was pleasently suprised at its cleanliness. All in all i would visit again.. It was a definite bargain!!
