Too much smoking for "no-smoking"

Our first visit to this venue was prompted by the listing here on Indy.com (VERY informative, by the way) The facility was listed as non-smoking-when we arrived, we saw no-smoking signs on the front door, and posted in several conspicuous locations throughout the facility, but the smell of smoke hit us as soon as we walked in! Drink and food prices were quite reasonable, wait staff was attentive and friendly. I'm not that familiar with the details of Plainfield's no-smoking ordinance, but it would be very nice to know that you can count on a business professing to be smoke-free, to actually be smoke-free.
