Puccini's Smiling Teeth Pizza & Pasta
7829 Sunnyside Road, Indianapolis, IN, 46236
The no-frills atmosphere of checkered tablecloths, simple framed art and casually dressed servers aren't a symptom of laziness or cost consciousness as much as a reflection of the restaurant's focus on serving quality food at a decent price.

Not typical.
I like Puccini's. The pizza options menu includes things like shrimp, hot pepper oil, smoked sausage, barbeque sauce, fresh basil, sliced tomatoes, both black and green olives, chicken, etc. In short, they offer alot of topping options besides the normal pepperoni, sausage and mushroom thing.
Three favorites:
Shrimp Santori - shrimp, basil, hot pepper oil, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes.
Sweet Little RazorBack - smoked sausage, bacon, pepperoni, onion relish, basil.
BAR 20 - mozzarella, cheddar, chicken, bbq sauce, red onion
If you aren't into pizza, the salads and the pastas are also great. The fettucine alfredo is almost decadent. Lots of rich, creamy, cheesy alfredo sauce - YUMMMMM!
Pretty laid back atmosphere, bring the kids and enjoy a cold beer or wine from the extensive (for a pizza place) selection. When you are all done, if you still have room, the carrot cake is just what you need to finally prove to yourself you need to get back to the gym.
Enjoy!
