The Garter
If this is your thing, this is the only place downtown to get your fix. Nothing spectacular, but they provide comfortable seating. They could have more stages though. It can get very crowded during downtown events, so keep that in mind. Cover can also get pricey. One great thing is the proximity to White Castle.
