o.k. restaurant , not really authentic

I had occasion to have lunch here recently, and I found it a nice enough environment. The food however, is o.k., the service was o.k., and thats about as positive as I can be about the experience. I ordered the basic mexican staples, and asked if I could have only onion and celantro on my taco. The waiter told me,"we don't have celantro." So I said "could you bring my taco plain with just meat?" And he responded that they don't serve them that way. I would have got up and left at that point, but I had limited time and I was hungry, so I just stripped the taco myself when it arrived. I thought about sharing my concerns with the manager, but figured that any mexican restaurant that doesn't even carry celantro, has already established the level at which they wish to operate. Sorry Cancun! To be fair, I will try you again in a month or so and see if perhaps I just caught you on a bad day. I gave you 2 stars because the food was edible.
