Make Your Own Pasta Bowl

My fave? Whole wheat penne, tomato alfredo sauce, add grilled chicken. Yeah, and a breadstick or two... after that, control is lost and you can't refuse breadsticks if you stick around long enough for more to be passed around the dining room. :-)
