I love a good bowl of Pho--and that's why most of us go to a Vietnamese place, right? Long Thanh does an ok job, but the place leaves a lot to be desired. The other day I had to endure the Jerry Springer show blaring at full volume while I ate my lunch. Plus, the broth at Long Thanh is not nearly as good as other places in town. The NW side of town has three really good Vietnamese restaurants that I'd recommend.
Don't let the parking lot deceive you. It will LOOK crowded, but most people are going to GT Souths next door for BBQ.
If you're REALLY hungry for Vietnamese
