Anti Chain Pizza
This pizza is soooo rich and flavorful. It is not like any other as it is what pizza was in the fifties before the chains diluted to what we now know.
Okay
Went in with high expectations and maybe that might be part of the problem. I expected a local pizza joint with the accolades I had already heard by word of mouth, to have a great crust. Unfortunately it was either not made fresh or was not made well or worse not made locally. Toppings were generous but pizza needs a great foundation and this one fell "flat".
The real deal
Antonio & Maria's pizza will leave you feeling like most other pizza is just mediocre. The thin crust gives the ability to fully enjoy the sauce and generous toppings. My family makes special trips to have Antonio & Maria's because we all love it!
