Great Mediterranean in Avon

It's in a strip mall, like everything else in Avon, on US 36. But the food here is very tasty, with outstanding saganaki (flaming cheese), gyros, hummus and pita and many other signature Greek dishes. The hummus is so good, we buy extra to take home. The only disappointment was the fish ... the tuna steak I ordered was clearly fresh from the freezer and overcooked on the grill. Stick to the Greek entrees and you can't go wrong.

All the traditional Greek food is very fresh with a Lebanese accent.

Try the eggplant caserole....ask for his secret stash of hot sauce.
