Freakin Slow

Considering the fact that Jimmy John's parades their "freaky fast" sandwiches & service I was severely disappointed when ordering a sub from this location over the weekend. After waiting nearly 45 minutes for our order we phoned the location to see what the delay was. 20 minutes later we received a ring from the ill informed delivery boy. Apparently, he was lost despite the myriad of technology available these days. In short, I will never order a sub from this Jimmy John's franchise again. Sadly, I was expecting a "freaky fast" experience and I was presented with freakin slow, turtle sandwich delivery.
