Expensive but good

This is a very good restaurant. The first Z's was in Louisville and we enjoyed it and were excited to have a second open here in Indy. Be warned however that the prices are very high. The best dishes we have had are the lamb, the NY strip steak and the butterfish. I hear the scallops are very good as well. The crab cakes entree is relatively small but excellent. The Lobster tail is a bit tough but tasty and at least has drawn butter with it. Unfortunately most Indy restaurants don't seem to know what drawn butter is, including the famous seafood restaurant downtown. The appetizers are excellent as well. The salads are huge and should be shared or eaten as a meal. The wine list is a bit disappointing but overall the restaurant is very good. Service here is usually excellent though on 2 occasions the waitress gave the wine to my husband to taste when it was I who had ordered the wine (terrible!--and she was FEMALE).
