Today:
One of Indy's newest upscale Indian eateries offers traditional Indian music every other Saturday night as well as extensive dinner buffets.
While I agree it is nice to have something other than Southern Indian cuisine this is truly not the place to experience Northern Indian food. It is poorly prepared and tasteless. Worst Indian restaurant in town.
Indian food is prevalent around the Circle City, so it's relatively easy to find a fresh spot when you're in the mood for something new. ...
Norhern & Southern Indiana Cuisine
Prior to trying out Masala Kitchen, I was only familiar with Southern Indian cuisine - it can be difficult to get out of your comfort zone and sample new items particularly at an unfamiliar restaurant - but their amazing dinner buffet makes it easy. I believe their dinner buffet is available on Thursday - Saturday nights, there is a wide variety of choices from the traditional chana masala or chicken mahkani to more Asian inspired dishes. Everything I've had there is great, this place is definitely worth a try.
