Today:
Indianapolis' first Pakistani restaurant.
I loved it as much as I love Pakistani food. Unfortunatly I forgot that I don't really like Indian food that much. The atmosphere was unique and the service was VERY friendly. I tried the lunch buffett, so that I could sample different items. It was a good idea and everything was pretty tasty. There's just a seasoning or something used that tends to make a lot of the dishes taste similar. Definitly worth a chance if you're in the mood for a SPICY something different!
This was a really pleasant dining experience. I was expecting it to be an average "hole in the wall" restaurant. It happened to have a very nice ambiance with colorful walls, traditional Pakistani items, and a banquet room featuring a "sit on the floor" seating area.
We had a lamb and chicken tandoori dish which were very flavorful (and spicy). The presentation was nice as was the service. I can't wait to bring friends and co-workers.
