The recent expansion and renovation have removed any semblance of the former “dim” atmosphere. Good food and decent service. At nights they have probably the best bartender in town (Trish)

Great regular customers. Good daily lunch specials that change often. Regular cooks who have been there a long time. The night cook, Foster, does a fantastic job and will customize an order on request. Fair prices and very good service.

The smoking and non-smoking descriptions are misleading. The bar is non-smoking till 11pm. The assertion that smoking is available during the day is only correct if you want to freeze your buns off outside. The absence of acoustic friendly ceilings and furnishings causes the noise to rattle around and around the walls. We left after 10 minutes when no server had as yet approached our table.
