This place is a great find. It has all the makings of a classic bar with staying power. DJ wed nites awesome, Band thurs nites even better!

If you want to feel like you’re in someone’s basement, this bar is for you. Reggae night is an absolute blast. They have an eclectic sampling on the jukebox, which only adds to the unusual atmosphere. Two bathrooms without a differentiation for male/female (or at least it was that way the last time I was there), can make for an interesting situation. It can get a little crowded since it’s not very large, but they keep the drinks flowing. Try a casba shot if you want to blackout.

The Casba might be tiny but it has a very loud roar! It is a place if you go a couple of times everyone will know your name! But you wont find Norm at the end of the bar! I always think Casba is a fun starter place to go or after party place, to get that last few drinks in and to have a conversation.

I am a Jamaican living in Indianapolis and when nostalgia hits I like to visit reggae clubs around Indianapolis. I have to say I was highly disappointed with the selection of music at the Casba on Sunday Nights. Sunday night is Reggae Night and the DJ was only interested in playing music to please himself. I have visited this club several times with hopes of a good time and each time I was disappointed. The music selection was poor. The DJ played really old songs. Even though he is a Jamaican he has no knowledge of the recent music in Jamaica. I think he needs to update his selection of music because this is really becoming a problem to me. On other visits to this club, there was a DJ by the name of Indiana Jones. This DJ knew what he was doing. He played really good music. I hope the other DJ takes pointers from Indiana Jones.

The Casba is Indy’s home to some of the cities most successful and longest running parties. Reggae Revolution has been going on for over 10 years on Sundays and Ground Control Thursdays features the skilled hands of DJ Top Speed playing the best in underground Hip Hop and Breaks! Now under new ownership, the place is expanding yet again, so be ready for even more Casba!

Definitely one of my favorite places to visit during the summer time. While I mostly go for the beer selection, the food is pretty good too.

Karaoke on Sunday nights make this place awesome. Definitely a great time, and some good ( and some really, really bad ) singers.

I can't speak for others' experiences but I've always been treated well there. I just can't afford to eat there as often as I'd like.
