Downtown Zionsville likely will be aflutter with activity as two events hit the village Saturday.

The 14th-annual Brick Street Chili Cook off will be at The Friendly Tavern from noon to 2 p.m., while the Zionsville Autumn Artscape will be throughout downtown from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The chili competition will likely feature a mix of local residents vying to be named the area’s top chili chef. The winning recipe will be featured at the Friendly Tavern for the next year. For more information, call (317) 873-5772.

Billed as the community’s premiere outdoor arts festival, the Autumn Artscape will feature various art vendors, including ceramic and jewelry creators, as well as free live music from Elements and the Uptown Quartet.

Artists wanting to participate in the Artscape event should contact Becky Hill at RHill81866@aol.com.
