An Indianapolis-based carwash has been named one of the country’s 15 best workplaces.

Mike’s Carwash, which launched in 1948, earned a reputation for “stellar service by rigorously vetting even entry-level job candidates and then reducing turnover through heavy training and incentives” such as tuition reimbursement, according to The Wall Street Journal, which teamed up with Winning Workplaces, an Evanston, Ill., nonprofit that helps small and midsize companies create better work environments.
