Where did the full episodes go?

I hate it when a network gives us something really cool like full episodes and then takes them away. I wanted to watch Monday's episode of The Big Bang Theory again (yes, I am addicted to the show, but admitting such an addiction is the first step.)

I was so disappointed by the fact that CBS promotes that they have full episodes and then only has clips that are chock full of commericals. Is anyone else cheesed off about that? Are other networks doing that? Having the full episodes online seemed like a great way for networks to sell additional advertising time and gain some momentum for their shows, so why the change up?

I agree. Check out hulu.com. There's a few commercials but tons of episodes of everything.
