LAFAYETTE, Ind. — After Lafayette Jeff (0-9) scored to pull within eight points of Westfield in Friday night’s third quarter, the Shamrocks ended any thoughts of an upset with two lightning-quick touchdowns in a 42-20 win.

Westfield’s Josh Garrett took the ensuing kickoff untouched for an 84-yard TD.

After a fumble recovery on the Jeff 41, QB Wade Burtron found Conner Love open down the right sideline for a 41-yard TD on the first play for Westfield (4-5).
