"Watchmen" problems
The New York Times has an interesting and informative article that helps shed light on the fight between 20th Century Fox and Warner Bros. over the "Watchmen" movie set to come out next March.
It's a mostly a lot of contractual mumbo-jumbo, but the article sheds light on what exactly Fox is grousing about and why they want to stop production (i.e. money), though it's not clear why Fox is saying money isn't an issue and they want the film to never see the light of day (i.e. posturing).
Anyway, it's an interesting look inside "The Business" and the machinations of that big machine we call Hollywood, and some of the legalities behind creative expression, American style.
