Warren football standout on all-American team
Virginia Tech running back and former Warren Central High School standout Darren Evans has been named to the Football Writers Association of American freshmen all-American team.The 6-foot, 210-pound Evans led the Hokies with 1,265 yards rushing on 287 carries (4.4 average) and 11 touchdowns.
