The Sept. 20 Star highlighted two dimensions of IUPUI’s success. First, your great photos showed our students and alumni launching the first IUPUI regatta; 48 teams racing canoes on the canal highlighted our unprecedented level of student involvement and demonstrated the advantage of a Downtown campus.

Second, your story on our efforts to serve our growing number of students, the vast majority of whom are full time, and their cars, showed the creativity of parking services and our financial commitment in building a new 1,300-car garage. These successes are part of why IUPUI is where impact is made — every day.
