Brian Myrow’s two-RBI single completed Indianapolis’ three-run ninth-inning rally as the Indians overtook the Columbus Clippers 8-7 Tuesday night at Victory Field.

Jeff Salazar, who pinch hit and reached on an error in his first game after being sent down from the Pittsburgh Pirates, and Jose Tabata, who was intentionally walked, scored on Myrow’s hit to left-center field.

“I was just trying to get something up so I didn’t hit a ground ball. . . . I don’t run very well, so they would have gotten a double play and won the game,” Myrow said in a news release from the team.

Tagg Bozied hit a three-run home run in the Tribe’s four-run third inning.

Parking change today

Fans can park at Lucas Oil Stadium (Gate 1 off Missouri Street) and take a shuttle bus to this afternoon’s game. There will be no parking at IUPUI.
