The farm-to-table restaurant at the award-winning organic dairy is now open for dinner six nights a week.
Each night features a different theme. Tuesday, for example, is tapas night, Wednesday is pizza night, Thursday features Mediterranean fare, and Friday is American grill night.
Saturday’s menu focuses on such continental classics as Gunthorp Farms’ roast duck a l’orange ($19), Traders Point beef tenderloin bourdelaise ($26), and pan-seared sea bass ($22).
Or bring a group on Sunday night for family-style dinners that serve four to six. The menu includes Gunthorp Farms’ roasted chicken and dumplings ($28.95), Traders Point Creamery meatloaf and mashed potatoes ($30.95) and Gunthorp Farms’ smoked ham and sweet potato casserole ($29.95)

Soul food buffet and music
FARMbloomington, 108 E. Kirkwood Ave., will host members of Indiana University’s African American Arts Institute Choral Ensemble on Sunday for a Gospel Brunch.

Capital Grille extends meal deal
The Capital Grille’s three-course prix-fixe menu has apparently been a hit. The restaurant, 40 W. Washington St., reports that, at the request of diners, it will extend its $39 special through Nov. 29.
The dinner deal also includes a few new entrees, including sliced dry-aged sirloin, crab- and lobster-stuffed jumbo shrimp and herb-marinated tenderloin with garlic, roasted tomatoes, red peppers and cipollini onions.
And don’t forget the warm apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream or the pumpkin cheesecake.
