Write on the Poetry Spot! I love the name . . . Write On! Doesn't it command action? Write On! Okay getting back to the subject at hand, tonight and every Friday, Write on the Poetry Spot host one of the dopest (if I may), poetry events in the city. Starting late enough for you to wrap up the weeks end, and lasting long enough to savor the poems for a full week. Can you imagine poetry lasting until two or three o'clock in the morning? It does and every minute is worth listening to the talent (some of the cities finest) and the atmosphere, perfect for an evening of poetry. If you are looking for something to do than Write on the Poetry Spot is worth attending.

As a side note if you are wanting to slam, this venue could act as a practice ground.
