Tift Merritt at Radio Radio
Multi-talented artist Tift Merritt is appearing at Radio Radio on Friday July 11. Merritt is fairly well-known for her songwriting, guitar playing and singing---but she is also an accomplished photographer and host of a talk show called "The Spark" broadcast via public radio from famously remote and artcentric Marfa, Texas. She wrote the songs from her current album "Another Country" in Paris---France, not Texas. Her adventures of spending weeks in France seeking fresh creative perspectives are chronicled on her website www.tiftmerritt.com .
