Summer officially starts next Monday but White River State Park is already hopping with summer entertainment! Here is a list of a few exciting events happening this week.

1. O.A.R. (…of a revoluntion) with The Wailers on Wednesday, June 17 at The Lawn.
Tickets: Advance $30, Day of Show $33
Show Time: 7:30 PM

2. Thursday is Family Night at Victory Field! With the Family Night package you get four box seats, four hot dogs, four sodas and four Indians souvenirs for only $52! Family Night packages MUST be ordered in advance and through any Ticketmaster outlet.

3. Weather looking crumby? Go see Star Trek at the IMAX theater in the Indiana State Museum.
Tickets: $10-$13.50

4. Visit the largest lizards in the world, the Komodo Dragons, at the Indianapolis Zoo.

5. The 43rd Annual IHSAA Baseball State Finals will be held at Victory Field which has been home to the tournament since 2005.
Date: 6/19/09 – 6/20/09
Tickets: $9

6. Check out the El Dia de la Familia Festival in Military Park on Saturday.
Time: 12:00 PM- 11:00 PM

7. Round off the weekend with 311 and Ziggy Marley on Sunday at The Lawn in White River State Park.
Tickets: Advance $35, Day of Show $40
Show Time: 7:00 PM
