"Taste of the Seasons" benefits local charities

The second annual “Taste of the Seasons” event to benefit the United Hope Foundation will be held Friday, Nov. 13, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Ritz Charles, 12156 N. Meridian St. in Carmel.

The event will feature nearly a dozen area restaurants; food will be paired with complementary wine, craft beer and spirits. New this year is a focus on local products that emphasizes sustainable agriculture and local food sourcing.

The mission of the United Hope Foundation is to assist non-profit organizations serving individuals and families facing financial hardship. Since 2005 the United Hope Foundation has raised more than $500,000 benefiting charities in central Indiana.
