Anyone see any that they particularly liked? I’ll be honest, I didn’t see any this year that we’ll be talking about in the future.

Looking back on the “Terry Tate: Office Linebacker” or CareerBuilder’s “I work with a bunch of monkeys” from previous years, I can’t help but wonder why companies are playing it so straight these days.

Is it just a lack of imagination by the ad execs?

I wasn’t particularly impressed either. The new e-trade baby commercial was kind of funny, but nothing new. Here’s the Hulu site highlighting the 2009 Superbowl commercials:

The Hulu commercial about video feeds softening our brains was pretty good. I’d say that holds up with previous years.
