St. Patty's Day alternative
We know a lot of the St. Patty's Day focus is on where the best place to party is. However, St. Patty's Day makes us think of the great organization, St. Baldrick's. They raise money for research to cure kid's cancer in a unique way. Participants set a goal amount of money that they want to raise to shave their head. Now, if you are not ready to lose your locks, you can just donate. They have a great website www.stbaldricks.org that makes it easy to check out participants and donate right online. Some events have already taken place for this year but a few in Indiana are still coming up this week.
