The Anheuser-Busch Brewmaster's Dinner is 6:30 p.m. tonight at St. Elmo Steak House, 127 S. Illinois St., and (along with passed hors d"oeuvres) is a four course meal and beer pairing. How's this for a third course: marinated hanger steak with roasted garlic-and-mushroom polenta, and grilled carrots, matched with Michelob AmberBock.
