It's old now, but "The Candidate" with Bob Redford was an insightful look at the dawn of modern campaigning.

It's not a fast-moving film, but I'd say re-watch it. It's one of those fist-on-the-table, stand-up-for-your-rights movies. I love David Strathairn and George Clooney, too.

I saw "Man of the Year," and it was just a mess of a film.

And "Mr. Smith" is a classic. You can't feel bad for liking that one.

I saw "Good Night, and Good Luck" on a plane ride down to Florida for a vacation in Key West... I think I need to rewatch it because with our excited mood (and I admit, a bit of drunkeness)it was the most boring movie in the world to see.

Did anyone see "Man of the Year" with Robin Williams??? We didn't like it much... first of all we thought it'd be a comedy (based on previews and such) but it SO wasn't. Also, it was just weird.

I do enjoy Mr Smith Goes to Washington, not going to lie.

Dave-that scene where he goes into the budget to slash spending so he can save a youth program gets me every time.

It might be cheesy, but it's still a great film

Head of the State - Chris Rock

Sarcasm

Loose Change - Some of the "facts" in that documentary scare me. I can't believe everything in there, but it's not impossible.

Wag The Dog: Wow that movie kinda hit home after 9/11 didn't it?

Another one I really liked was "True Colors" with John Cusack and James Spader.
