Also around that time, I had a swoop hair cut that could rival Conan O'Brien's. I look back at pictures from that era and cringe. Then there was the JNCO Jeans phase, where the pantlegs were so wide you could almost fit your whole body in one leg without touching the sides. And the back pockets went clear down to the knees. I also distinctly remember a time when every kid in school had some variation of the Jonathan Taylor Thomas, parted-straight-down-the-middle, haircut. Bad, bad, bad. What I hate now, more than anything, is the straight across bangs that have been the recent trend. HATE them....with a PASSION. I've never seen a girl that looked better after getting her hair hacked up like that. Long, swept bangs are WAY sexier. And I can't stand the young guys who have enough hair for two people and they're feathering it like Farrah Fawcett did back in the 70's. Guys wearing girl jeans, and girls wearing sunglasses that cover more than 50% of their face round out my list.
