Waking up before 8am on Saturday is not acceptable, and when I do wake up it's preferable to stay in bed for at least another hour reading a good book or trying to convince my husband to make banana, chocolate chip, whole-wheat pancakes. After the laziness of the morning, then a good run or walk is fun, or a picnic at the park, a weekend camping trip, board games with a big group of friends, bocce ball or ultimate frisbee at the park, going out to dinner, or an all-night movie marathon accompanied by more sleeping in.
