I don't always catch the Bachelor, but my wife is a big fan and if she happens to be off on Monday nights, it's on. Then I find myself annoying the hell out of her because I'm asking her all kinds of questions about the girls on the show. She usually just DVR's it, so she can watch it w/out me annoying her.

I can't really think of anything else, except sometimes on sunday afternoons you might find me watching NASCAR, but only due to the HD, kinda

Silly me, I didn't think I was supposed to be shameful about "How I Met Your Mother," if only because it has Jason Segel. Nothing gets between me and my "Freaks & Geeks" cast members.

Lost, well, not so much for me - I just never got into it.

I always feel kinda dumb for getting constant enjoyment out of "How I Met Your Mother". Common sense tells me I shouldn't, but I can't stop. Last night was especially nice, with a guest appearance from Sarah Chalke (Eliot from Scubs).

I've also been more interested in "The Biggest Loser" than I thought I'd ever be. Luckily they have it on the TV's at the gym, so I don't have to live the irony of getting fatter while sitting on the couch watching "The Biggest Loser". And...I might have a little crush on that Brittany girl.

However, I have absolutely NO shame for watching LOST because it is simply the best show on TV. Even the cell phone is shut off for LOST nights!

Big Brother. There is an extra season this year because of the writer's strike. I said I wouldn't watch and yet, 3 nights a week I am sucked in.

I told myself I wouldn't watch season two of "Rock of Love." Yet here I am, spending 9 to 10 p.m. every Sunday night watching Bret Michaels make out with coked-up strippers and groupies.
