      <description>Honestly, I had thought it was Starbucks policy that assistant managers and managers did not get tips (apparently not, but that is how it's always been at all the stores I've worked at).  The managers do work on the floor, but they spend a lot of their time doing paper work, making phone calls, meetings, etc.  A lot of the managers I've worked with even agree that they shouldn't get any of the tips..

However...105 million?  A bit much I would say.  They were still getting tips during the (8?) years that this has been going on and I'm sure not all of them have been with the company that long.  So to say they would all get basically a million before taxes/attorney fees?  That's just greedy really.</description>
