The colored stuff is supposedly the worst when you have stomach problems. I had to go to the doctor to get a note for work since I was out for those 2 days. Luckily, I'm a 6'1" 235 pound guy, so I can afford to lose some weight. Heck, it actually makes for a pretty good diet, although an extremely painful one. I had nothing but Gatorade for 3-4 days until I could keep down some chicken soup. I hate getting sick. I didn't bother going to the doctor though...there's not much they can do for a cold or flu virus. These things run their course in a week or two on their own.
