They're going to ask for it right back anyway. I'll cut them a check for my first quarterly estimated tax payment for the year and include this amount. For those of you without self-employement income who don't have to pay quarterly tax payments because you have it all taken out of your paychecks, I still wouldn't rush out to spend this. When a government that's in debt gives you money and tells you to go spend it to help the economy, well, that's moronic. They're going to be asking for that money back one way or another.
