Kimiko's vote chooser link is good, and it proves that there are very few policy differences between Obama and Clinton... who are actually not that different from McCain either... those poor staunch conservatives, they don't really have a voice in this election.

I am drawn to Obama in a way that I could never be drawn to Hillary. I think its important to put a young, energetic president into the White House - they certainly have a challenging job ahead of them. I think people support Hillary because they're nostalgic for the prosperity many experienced during the Bill Clinton administration; however the candidate most similar to Bill Clinton in 1992 is Obama, not Hillary. As much as I believe a woman could be president, I don't think Hillary is the girl for the job. I don't trust her any further than I could throw her.

I believe there is a huge difference between standing for something and actually following through with it. I believe Obama comes across as someone who will "walk the walk."

There is a deceiving quality to Clinton that puts me off.

There's very little difference between what Obama and Clinton stand for on tangible issues.

I like Obama, but I admit I like him for intangible (and some might say superficial) reasons: his charisma, personality and communication style.

Obama is the first potential presidential candidate (save Nader) that I have really ever come close to identifying with. I find it really hard to vote for anyone if at all when I can't get behind what the candidate stands for.

With that said, there is a good chance I will be voting this year.

There are a lot of things about Hillary that offend me. As much as I'd love to see a woman in office, she's already BEEN in office (in my opinion). And there's a reason why her campaign people have had to work so hard to make her seem more personable, less bitchy.

I have family in government who have worked closely with the Clintons and have said they're terrible people, and that, in reality, Hillary is every bit the bitch that you would imagine.

I know she can be charming. And I can't say that I wouldn't want my president to be a bit of a bitch. But something about this Bill-Hillary political alliance (as it's always clearly been about the politics and not a real marriage) leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Hard to put a finger on, but it's just not quite right.

Plus, according to this - http://www.votechooser.com/ - Obama's my man. Not because of all the media attention or anything, but the issues I care about, he seems to be more in line with what I want for myself and my country.

Excellent.

Seriously: What about Clinton so offends you? On what points does she fail where Obama succeeds?
