http://www.indy.com/posts/423 en-us Sassparilla Children under 14 are not allowed to adopt small dogs??? Why is 14 the magic number? I think most 10 year olds could handle a small dog. If a kid is going to be abusive towards animals, they won't outgrow that at 14. I think this is crappy and they should give the dog back to the child.
