Recently I was in Indianapolis for the mini marathon and had dinner at Houlihan's, Barcelona and Champps and each server was great and I think all three of them were gay and they were fantastic especially Sam at Barcelona - he was very happy to tell us about the great food they offer and was very attentive to our table.
