I think right now she's relatively harmless to others (except to the future emotional state of her kids...). She may be ruining her reputation and her body by consuming whatever it is she is consuming, but I think the only difference between her and most other celebs is that she's more public about said consumption and she also takes in 6000 calories of starbucks a day. Hopefully that army of men with cameras who follow her around will stop her from doing anything too drastic. And I think if she attempts anything, then she'll get sent for real help.
