We found out Tuesday that your vote does count! Greg Ballard was given no chance by local media and even his own party. Our Founding Fathers gave us one of the most basic tenets of freedom, the right to vote. In my view local elections are more important than national ones. The power of the State is awesome. Want gay marriage, move to Mass., want legalized medical marijuana? Move to Cali. Want no state income tax, move to FL.
