Has anyone else noticed the two shopping carts that hang out on the corner of 17th and Illinois? Sometimes they are on the corner by White Castle and other times they are across the street by the bus stop. They’re even split up occasionally. Anyways, they’re both filled with what looks to be clothes, newspapers, blankets, wrappers, and other random things. To top the carts off, both or them are adorned with Obama yard signs. Are they part of an installation I didn’t hear about? I never see a person with either of the carts, they’re always on their own.
